The location of the hotel is disappointing as it is not as close to the water as advertised. the hotel is situated next to a busy street, which takes away from the peaceful ambiance. the rooms are clean and provide a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities are adequate, though not luxurious. the service at the hotel is decent, with the staff accommodating our request for a late evening drink at the bar. Although limited, the breakfast served at the hotel is satisfactory.

The hotel lacks multilingual staff, making communication difficult for non-Czech or non-German speaking guests.

The staff was friendly upon our late arrival and even allowed us to have a drink at the bar. The room was clean and tidy, which was a relief.

The location was not what we were hoping for. The noise from the street was a constant disturbance.
